Pole Fitness Studio

No experience is necessary! We offer beginner-friendly classes designed to help you build strength, confidence, and skills at your own pace.

Wear comfortable workout clothing. For pole classes, shorts are recommended to allow skin contact with the pole for grip. Avoid wearing lotion or oils on the day of your class, as it can make the pole slippery.

Just bring water and a positive attitude! You may bring your own yoga mat, grip aid, or knee pads. These items are also sold at the studio.

Participants must be 18 years or older to attend adult pole classes.

Yes! Our classes are designed for all body types, fitness levels, and flexibility ranges. Pole is a journey—and everyone starts somewhere.

Yes, we are a co-ed pole studio. Please check individual class descriptions or contact us for gender-specific sessions.

Yes! We offer private sessions, group classes, and pole parties for birthdays, bachelorettes, and other events. Contact us to book your private event at admin@girlfitworkoutstudio.com.

You can sign up and pay for classes directly through our website or download app from Apple/Android store. We also accept in-person payments based on availability.

Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours in advance of class to avoid losing your class credit. No-shows will be charged the full class fee.

We allow videos and photos during designated times at the end of class. Please be respectful of others’ privacy and ask your instructor and client before recording. 

We recommend 2–3 classes per week for steady improvement in strength, flexibility, and technique. Consistency is key!

Yes! We have drop-in rates, multi-class passes, and monthly memberships. Visit our website or front desk for pricing options.

Yes, memberships can be paused. To place your membership on hold or cancelled, you must be in good standing, with all fees paid and monthly dues current. Please submit your freeze or cancellation to admin@girlfitworkoutstudio.com

Fitness Studio

Absolutely not! Our studio is for all fitness levels—from beginners to advanced. Our programs are designed to meet you where you are and help you grow stronger and more confident at your own pace.

We allow videos and photos during designated times at the end of class. Please be respectful of others’ privacy and ask your instructor and client before recording.

We offer a variety of classes including:

  • Bootcamp sessions
    Class offerings may vary—check our schedule online or at the front desk.

You can register for classes online via our website or app. Walk-ins are welcome if space permits, but pre-registration is encouraged to guarantee your spot.

Wear comfortable, breathable workout clothes and supportive athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle and towel. For yoga or floor-based classes, you may want to bring a mat (studio mats may also be available).

To maintain a focused environment, our classes are for adults only. However, we may offer specific mom & me classes or youth programs—check with the front desk for more information.

Please inform your instructor before class. We can often offer modifications to accommodate your needs, but it’s always best to consult with your doctor before starting any fitness program.

Yes! We offer one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to your goals, fitness level, and schedule. Ask us about our training packages and availability.

Yes! We recommend starting with our Foundations or Low-Impact classes if you’re new to fitness. Our instructors are here to support you and can help you modify any movement.
